Welcome to iLearnSTEM, an adaptive and personalized learning platform for high school students in Grades 9-12 focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. By using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the app. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
By accessing or using ilearnSTEM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the app, including students, educators, and other visitors.
To use certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
iLearnSTEM is designed for high school students in Grades 9-12. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use our services.
ilearnSTEM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the app for personal, educational purposes only. You may not use the app for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
All content available on the app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ilearnSTEM or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the app without our prior written consent.
iLearnSTEM offers both free and paid features. The free tier provides limited access. Premium features, including unlimited questions and full subject access, require a paid subscription (Student Plan). You agree to pay all applicable fees for the use of paid features.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to update it as necessary.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until then. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and any content obtained from it.
ilearnSTEM is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
In no event shall ilearnSTEM or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the use of the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold ilearnSTEM, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
